ORDERING
The easiest way to order from us is to purchase via our website using a credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or PayPal. Once you have processed your order online, you will receive an email confirming that the order and payment have been received.
To process an order manually, please get in touch with us directly with details of your order, preferred payment method, your shipping address, email address, and phone number.

SHIPPING
Please note that shipping is not included. To obtain a delivery quote, please call 0493 215 952 or email hayleywilsonint@gmail.com. If you proceed with your purchase, a separate shipping invoice will be emailed to you.
INTERNATIONAL FREIGHT
International freight is available. Please select PICK UP at checkout, and we will contact you with a separate international freight invoice. Please note that international purchases are only available when PICK UP is selected.
RETURNS POLICY
At Hayley Wilson, we would like our customers to feel confident in ordering with us online. With this in mind, our returns policy is as follows:
Should you feel the item ordered is not right for you, we are happy to exchange, provide a credit note, or offer a full refund.
For a full refund, you need to contact us and return the item to us within 7 days of receiving it. This applies to full price items only. No refunds on sale items.
For an exchange or credit note, you need to contact us within 7 days and return the item to us within 24 hours of receiving your Returns Authorisation Number.
Any returned item must be in perfect condition, with no damage to the item or the packaging. We reserve the right to decline returns if the item does not meet these conditions.
We recommend you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us.
Any credit notes issued will be valid for 3 months.
Refunds or credit notes are only processed once the original item has been returned to us.
All items must be returned at the expense of the customer.
REFUNDS POLICY
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
